Molly has been designing and installing murals within Uganda since 2017-previously as a service to Ugandan schools, children's homes, or Ugandan-run small businesses - then later as a business starting in 2020. MLB Creative Co offers mural design & installation services within Uganda-specializing in modern botanical artwork with experience working within guesthouses, airb-n-bs, restaurants, cafés, schools, ministry centers, & private residences. 
Molly also has considerable experience creating/illustrating custom logos & assisting companies, organizations, & individuals with branding. 
Molly has prior creative small-business experience as a self-employed jewelry + fashion designer-selling online & creating custom designs for clients . 
She has 10+ years of experience with graphic design + illustration for the purpose of apparel design for fundraising, retail, & company/organization use.
